Hey everyone,
Today, I want to share some simple self-massage techniques with you all.
Massage can truly rejuvenate your fascia and muscles, bringing back their natural functions in ways that stretching alone cannot. Before you start, take a moment to feel the muscles around your trapezius and scapula.
If you sense any stiffness or discomfort, it may indicate a buildup of tension.
Let's focus on "arm spinning" massage today. This technique targets the fascia of the trapezius muscles, which is intricately connected from the shoulders to the back. It also provides relief to the shoulder joint, known as the shoulder well, which can be particularly effective for easing stiff shoulders.
Step 1:
Gently press on the most raised part of the trapezius muscle.
Step 2:
While maintaining pressure on the trapezius muscle, slowly rotate your arm from back to front in large circles, three times.
Step 3:
Continue applying pressure without releasing it, and make three large rotations from front to back as well.
This is a wonderfully simple exercise that you can incorporate into your daily routine. Don't forget to make time for it, either in the morning or before bed. Take care!
